Return & Refund Policy


It is our hope that you love your Cyboris. Not the perfect fit? Just contact us at within 15 days after receiving your product and we'll issue a full refund upon receiving the items. and we’d be happy to help. 


Returnable items:

Item that can be returned/refunded or exchanged  must meet one of the criteria as below:

  1. We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. After the order being cancelled you will get full refund.
  2. Item that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 15 business days of delivery

Non-Returnable item:
We will not accept returns in any of the following conditions:

  1. Items beyond the 15 business days warranty time-frame.
  2. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  3. Any handcrafted/artisan-made product that is returned for having minimal cosmetic imperfections that do not compromise its functionality and durability.
    Note:There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)


Follow the 5 steps to simplify your return/refund process.

Step 1: submit the following to our team email (

 - Product name
 - Reason for return
(If you are interested in exchanging for a different product, please indicate the item(s) you wish to receive in exchange (links or pictures). We will reply to acknowledge the availability of the new items you wish to order)
Step 2:Our team will respond to your request within 24-48 hours and provide you  our return address.
Step 3:Pack your return merchandise securely (in the original packaging if possible) and include a copy of your invoice or a note with your name, email address, and phone number.(Write the Order Number on the front of the box/package so that it is easily visible.)
Step 4:Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Step 5:Refund will go back to your account in 3-5 business days.If the refund is stuck, please contact us


1. All shipping fees are at the customer expense. This includes shipping fees for a return or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If the returning is due to our reasons, the goods received are broken or not correct, please take a photo and send to us, then you are not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

2. No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

3. Please contact your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping fee.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take in 3-5 business days time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

CYBORIS offers a 15 days limited warranty covering manufacturer defects only, any damages resulting from abuse or normal wear and tear are not covered under our policy.
